Looking for a new roommate for my 2BR /1BA apartment as my old roommate is moving out soon. The lease option is a 10 month lease from September 2026 to June 2027. The apartment is located in Boerum Hill, close to the heart of Downtown Brooklyn. It's about a 6-8 minute walk from the closest subway station, a 2 minute walk from the closest bike rack, and a 10 minute subway to financial district or LES. The building has parking and bike storage available at an extra cost, and countless amenities (theatre, game room, gym, rooftop with grills, study rooms, etc.) The bedroom will come completely unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is already furnished.
