The room:
Located on the bottom floor of 3 story townhouse. There are no bedrooms on the same floor of either adjacent unit which is great for privacy. At 11X20 feet, it is the largest of the three bedrooms in the house. There are three windows all with a great view of Santana Row.

The apartment:
3 Bedroom townhouse above CB2 furniture store on Santana Row. Apartment has fairly spacious kitchen, great living area, and a balcony overlooking the row.

The community:
Renting at Santana Row comes with resident discounts to many merchants on the row, as well as community amenities such as the pool and gym. (Fit Studio is NOT your typical apartment gym).

The roommates:
There are two of us, late 30s, both with W2 tech jobs. We are very social and spend lots of time with other members of the community as well as out at the many fun spots on the row. Looking for someone like-minded. During the work week we tend to keep things pretty quiet though. (work hard/play hard)

Cost breakdown as follows:
Room: $1650 + $150 parking = $1800
Utils: $160 - $325 (includes monthly cleaning, variation due to PGE)
