I'm clean, orderly, respectful, and disciplined. I'll often cook meals for myself but am open to sharing them as well or occasionally cooking for the people of the house. I have a consistent daytime work schedule. I exercise in the mornings typically. I'm very agreeable and understanding to others. I've been told I'm a joy to be around, and I like to maintain healthy relationships with the people around me. I've never had a poor relationship with a renter, and have always made my payments.
