Looking to renew my lease starting September 1 in a 2BR, 2BA apartment on UES (95th and 1st) two blocks from the Q train. Rent should be about $2,100 per person plus utilities. The en-suite bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment and there is a kitchen, dining area, and living room. Second floor walkup.
