I’m looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease from January 1st 2019 - June 30th 2019. One bedroom in a 3BR/1BR. The room is quite large with a closet 10x14. The kitchen is also large and is shared with my other two roommates. There is also a shared closet for storage next to the bathroom that leads to the roof.The bathroom is small, but is comfortable.

Roommates: Two guys in their early 30s. One works for a small off-broadway company, and the other works as a dog walker.

Pros: CHEAP Large Room w/ closet ---Two large windows that face Lewis (natural light) -- Above a bodega -- Chill roommates.

Cons: Trains are 10-15 min walk away. The bathroom is small.

Trains: 10-15 min to the A/C at Utica. 10-15 min walk to the J/M trains (Kosciusko)
Buses: B15, B26, and B38

Bars & Restaurants: Peaches, Peaches Hot House, Bed Vyne, Eugene & Co. Saraghina, Etc.

Bedroom: 750.00
Utilities not included: Usually is less than $80.00/month for Internet/Water/Electricity
Unfurnished/Furnished: I’ll leave the bed/boxspring if you want it.
