Looking for a CLEAN, neat housemate to share a two-family house on a quiet, tree-lined street. Total three bedrooms on same floor, two-1/2 bathrooms, very spacious. Washer & dryer, dishwashing on site, huge kitchen! Street parking. Neighborhood are mostly families & longtime residents.

Preferably a female (LGBTQ, gender non-conforming, women of color, immigrants welcome). Looking for a mature person with stable income, who will not have people over too frequently.

Share is with 2 people--one female 47, & male 37. On occasion, male housemate has his kids over (ages 12 & 14) who are respectful and low-key but sweet & friendly. We both work long days therefore this is not a party house. Occasional gatherings are okay; open communication is essential.

Other info: I am a social worker and MFA student (fiction) at City College. Male housemate works as a technician at BAM. Another person lives in the basement, which is a separate apartment. He co-owns the house with his son who is moving out to live with his girlfriend.
