Well me and my fiancé are looking to occupy the room until we find our own private housing. We are a friendly and sociable new family that are eager to establish roots in the mile high city. I am 36, Ashley is 29. We have been together for about 6 years now and are looking forward to wedding bells in November 2021. We are both non smokers and rare drinkers. But have no issue with any of our roommates entertainment or social gatherings.
