The accommodation is a 'room & board' kind of setting with the potential to offer you a meal or two per day at an economical rate. The meals made are for the most part Western style food, such as quality pastas, burgers, potatoes done various ways, sandwiches, etcetera -- a self-taught chef here. You have access to a fridge, kettle, microwave, oven & toaster. The bathroom is shared. The location is a good mid-middle class neighbourhood with two transit routes just minutes away & a third just a bit further. Hwys 17 & 91 are just minutes away as well. There is a convienance store, pub & restaurant just minutes from the location.The room can be potentially partially furnished for you. The Annacis Island & Tilbury warehouse districts are less than 15minutes away. Kwantlen & Douglas Colleges are about 30minutes from the location. It is a very central & well connected suburban area with most parts of Metro Vancouver being 20-30minutes away. There would be two male roommates that you would be living with. It is wanted that you have employment &/or are attending college/university. There are a few rules, which are....
