Located in a beautiful family-oriented neighborhood right on the corner of the road backing onto Bill Hackett Park with a walking trail. Close to the VIA station. Public bus access close to the house. Large fenced backyard with a large deck and a shared BBQ. Shared laundry facilities. Shared driveway (parking included in rent). Shared full bathroom upstairs, located directly across from the room. All kitchen appliances including a dishwasher. A brand new furnace and A/C system were just installed. Utilities and internet are extra on top of the rent, split evenly between all residents.
