Hi! (: I (she/they) am looking for a female or lgbt person to team up with for a 2b/2b close-ish to downtown Houston. The cheaper the better. I keep things tidy and I like to cook for myself so I use a dishwasher most of the time (I have my own countertop but am willing to look for an in-unit one!). I have 1 sassy tortie cat who gets along with other cats as long as they are not high energy. I enjoy nintendo, twitter, indie/alt music, crime documentaries, homey surroundings, and thrifting. I have string lights, boho-ish decor, living room furniture/TV/game consoles, & kitchen appliances that could move with me, but I am open to selling furniture if there are overlaps. I prefer AC to be around 70. Ideally I’d prefer an upstairs unit with a balcony and in-unit washer/dryer. I am hoping for all rent+utilities to be no more than around $750. I currently live alone and it’s giving isolated vibes so I’m looking for a change. (:
