The space is all hardwood laminate flooring recently redone before I bought the place. Brand new kitchen renovated with adorable subway tile and stainless steel appliances. In house laundry installed, real fire-burning mantle, air conditioning for summers and heated rooms for the frigid winter. Just less than a 10 minute walk to the link-rail to get to Downtown Seattle or University. 5 Minute drive from south-center, Cheesecake factory, the Mall, Joeys, etc. And 10 minute walk to SeaTac airport.
What I am looking for: Someone to share this space with for a year or longer. I am looking for somebody that likes to chat, listen to music, maybe you're home all day or work at night, doesn't matter to me. Someone open to compromise and to talk about expectations in an adult way. I'm not a private person and so we won't be a match if you are looking for a private room to be alone - you can expect food made, movie invitations extended, hike opportunities given, dinners ordered in together among other things.
