We are looking awesome roommate to join us. I'm 36 years old female laid-back, super busy between school and job. ! My other roommate is 28 years old male; he is a super chill and laid back good guy. Ideally, the new roommate will also be easygoing, around a similar age group, but not necessary at this point, responsible, straightforward, and 420 friendly. Our place is very artsy and chill. My roommate is a photographer, and I do art sometimes. We both work as a server, which means we are at home daytime and go to work in the evening. We both are 420, but I don't want to have a roommate who is lazy all day smoke and doesn't clean after self. We don't have pets, but we do love them. I'm not a cigarette smoker, and I don't let them smoke a cigarette inside of the house.
We are looking for someone who sublet the lease. The bedroom is 10'x13' and has a shared bathroom. There is plenty of room for storing a bike in the basement and a storage locker. Also, the common areas have all the necessary furnishings, but there's space for some things if you have them.
Rent is $590 heat, and water is included. We have internet, rent insurance and electricity as utilities. Internet monthly/ 29 bucks, electricity 16 to 20 dollars each person.
I love this place so much, and I have been living in this apartment for 4 years. Great location, great price, and perfect space. Our landlords are really nice people when we need them to fix, they respond very quick and helpful. Currently, our landlord paints our wall, and your room is already painted. The landlord does credit checks etc. We are looking person immediately, but December is fine too.
