Looking for roommate

I am looking for a roommate to sign a year lease with me for one of the available rooms.

The rent for the 1 room is $1500/month + split utilities electric, gas, and internet. This room is marked on the floor plan in one of the photos. There will be an application process, and upon signing the lease the first/last month, and security deposit.

The apartment is 992 sq ft, has central A/C, gas heating, dishwasher, and in unit washer/dryer. There is also a deck in the back and basement storage.

I am a 30 year old professional that works in the aerospace engineering industry and will be living in the other room. Last October I finished my first full Ironman, and I continue to pursue this hobby. I spend most of my time during the day working, and when I am home I'm mostly out running, biking, or swimming. Usually, I would also be out spending time with friends or family, but due to the current situation that is not the case. I am respectful of space, and try to keep the common areas clean.

This is a pet-friendly house, I would only ask if you had a big dog to provide carpet/rug to reduce noise to the lower unit and reduce the scratching on the wood floors.
