Roommate Wanted — Female Only | Downtown Toronto Den | $900/month | 2-Year Lease Starting July 1st

I’m looking for a female roommate to share a clean and quiet furnished downtown Toronto condo. The space is located just steps from the Art Gallery of Ontario and within walking distance to both the University of Toronto and Toronto Metropolitan University — ideal for a student or working professional.

Rent is $950/month for the den, which includes access to a shared locker. The den is private and separate, and you’ll share the kitchen, bathroom, and living space with me. The lease begins July 1st and runs for two years.

A few details to note:
• Laundry is coin-operated and located in the building’s basement.
• Internet is $42.50/month (split evenly).
• Utilities are not included and are split evenly between us.

You’ll also be living with a cat — he’s very friendly, low-maintenance, and mostly keeps to himself.
