My roommate Levi and I are looking for a roommate for our 3 bed 2 bath in Bushwick. Rent is 1225 if bathroom is shared with one roommate—I am bi and AFAB sharing with our third roommate currently but if you would be more comfortable sharing with Levi (gay man) or having your own bathroom for higher rent this can be negotiated. We clean common spaces regularly and have a dishwasher, laundry in building, and a gym. We are closest to the J, Z, and M trains but the walk to the L train is doable and I walk there to take it regularly.
