Looking for someone to take over my lease at CoLab Apartments starting June 7th. The lease ends July 31st but can be renewed, please talk to the office. Perfect for anyone needing a place to stay during the summer near the Auraria Campus.

Floor Plan: 4x2B, total apartment sq is 1,123 sq.

Room: Private furnished bedroom with a sturdy desk, a large closet, and a large window. The bathroom is shared with one other person. the bathroom includes a large bathtub with shower.

Unit includes a full kitchen, with appliances, and a fully furnished living room with a Smart TV. There are an in-unit washer and dryer. There is an attached parking garage with direct elevator access. They provide free high-speed Wi-Fi and all utilities are included in the rent each month. There is also a rooftop lounge with skyline views, a work-out room with equipment, there is a pool, a game room, study lounges, and a movie lounge area.

Location: Just 0.2 miles from the Colfax at Auraria light rail station. Right next to the Auraria Campus.

Available: June 7th (Required by office)

Roommate policy: Currently is a building-assigned roommate matching unit.

Requirements: Must pass a standard background check/credit check through leasing office. You can sign on with a guarantor if you can't pass a credit check. No student status required.

Fees: There will be a one-time $288 fee at move in required by the office.
