There is also your own private bathroom, access to all of the house, furnished beautifully.. except for your two rooms… There are balconies to enjoy with views of the ocean, Catalina Island and the Korean Friendship Bell. I am looking for a kind and easy going roomate…I am 40 years young and own a small dog walking business.. I get to spend my days with dogs and I truly love what I do. I like old cars, the ocean, good music, going to shows, tattoos, rock n roll, records, guitars, animals, I’m vegan and try to enjoy life and live a healthy lifestyle… Looking for someone to share a beautiful space and enjoy cohabitating in a serene environment.
