I bought my house 2 years ago and I completely remodeled it. It’s 3k sq ft so needless to say you will have plenty of your own space. I prefer a female roommate, I currently already have one roommate who is 26. I actually have 2 rooms available, one is furnished and one is not so you can take your pick! I am a national sales rep so I travel a lot. I’m not home very often and neither is my roommate! I have 2 dogs, so you need to be ok with some pet hair. Haha I also have a hot tub and big deck in the back with a fire pit that your welcome to use. The house is very conveniently located in a quiet/safe neighborhood, right off the golf course. I am 15 minutes from downtown ft worth, 15 minutes to Watauga/Keller/Bedford/Euless and 35 minutes from Dallas! Very easy access to all major highway.
