Primary Suite with attached/private bath and walk-in closet

I live in one of the secondary bedrooms and use the shared hall bath. My current tenant is in the primary bedroom with attached bathroom. This room will be vacated and ready for a new tenant(s) at the start of September. I’m accepting applications from individuals or couples for the primary bedroom.

All utilities are included in the flat rate rent payments (WiFi, home security system, lawn care, water, electricity). Laundry is located on site. All shared spaces include the living room, kitchen, hall bathroom, backyard, home gym, and a section of the garage can be used for storage if needed. There are no cats or dogs as of September, but I am open to discussing any animals. The room is offered furnished, semi-furnished, or unfurnished.

Neighborhood amenities include a tennis court, swimming pool, clubhouse, walking track, and two parks. Located between 249, the beltway, and I-45 for quick access to the city!
