$850.00 and $850 deposit $75 application fee for background starting off with month-to-month to make sure we get along and the deposit is non-refundable it's due to wear and tear or anything other than that there is parking also here as well laundry facility below it's a large apartment. If everything goes well I don't mind doing a long lease I am going through a divorce so I am the only one in the home. I am in the 35th avenue and Northern area
