I'm a 24-year old professional working in Marketing, having recently graduated from Fordham University where I did my Masters. My roommate is 23 and also has a Masters from Fordham, she works in Finance.

Apartment Location: LIC, right by several train and bus lines. Not even far from Manhattan, 2 stops into the city and 10-15 minutes by a car.

Move in date: Late October, early November but everything is negotiable, including the length of stay.
