Me (F30) and my partner, Joe (M29), are seeking a roommate for the newly renovated basement space in our Aurora home.

We are both employed full-time and enjoy hobbies outside the house, but spend a fair amount of time at home for cooking, leisure, and taking care of our dog.

Ideally, we would love to share our space with someone who is employed full-time, considerate, cleanly, and keeps to themselves. We are open to 3, 6, or 12 month leases.
