Looking for someone to move into my roommate's room and sign a 12 month lease for our apartment in Alphabet City.
It's a Penthouse in an elevator building with 2 private terraces and large living space (both living space and bedrooms get natural light all day.)
The living area is fully furnished so no need to bring anything there!
The bedroom fits a queen sized bed with plenty of extra room.
Would need to sign a lease for May 1, but move in available before that date.
