Moving out to SoCal from Philly area till at least next September to complete grad degree. Just me. Cool, mature, responsible mom type with an artistic bent. Great cook. Just focused on completing degree and putting together a great portfolio. Lots of hours of schoolwork. Working out, music/guitar and just enjoying the year off from work and relaxing & having fun. Need place to park my Jeep. Would love a pool or near beach, if possible. Close to UCLA ideal/impo. Love pets if they are not annoying or high maintenance ones, especially like dogs. Class mainly at night. Schoolwork during day. I need normal and no drama, please. I’d like “ home” to feel chill and a good place to unwind.
