Haley - $1,300/month

Current undergrad student graduating in May hoping to live somewhere new and gain work experience before law school. Considering moving to DC this summer contingent upon me securing a job beforehand. I have some health issues and need to live somewhere flat and walkable near public transit and basic services (like groceries and pharmacies).
I tend to be on the mellow side, but I also enjoy going out and participating in local events when I can. While I’m not much of a partier, I still enjoy some nightlife like dancing or seeing shows. I consider myself to be ambiverted—I love meeting new people and hanging out with friends, but I can be shy. My hobbies are reading, video gaming, crochet, painting, walking, and just learning new things. I am hoping to find a roommate who doesn’t smoke/vape, keeps fairly clean, and wants to live in the same places as me with a similar budget. I don’t need to be best friends with my future roommate, but it would definitely be a bonus.
