My townhome is located in the sought-after Camden Sedgebrook community. You would have a private bedroom and bathroom (the bathroom is not an en-suite, but adjoining). The entire townhome is fully furnished. I would be willing to put any of the bedroom and bath furnishings in storage if needed. The walk-in closet will be cleaned out. The entrance and main living areas (including balcony) would be shared space.
The ideal candidate is a female (in her 20s or 30s) with a professional career. I am looking for someone that is responsible, clean, organized, and respectful.
I do have a large dog, so you would need to be comfortable with that. I am at the weight limit with my animal, so additional pets would not be allowed.
Apartment amenities: keyless entry, high-speed internet, cable, A/C, in-unit washer and dryer, and electric fireplace.
Community amenities: saltwater pool, BBQ grilling areas, 24-hour gym, valet trash, car care center, garages, and boat parking.
The community and all amenities are non-smoking.
You would be leasing directly with the apartment complex and must be willing to submit to a full background check. The application fee is $75.
The monthly rent would be $750. All utilities (water, gas, and electric) would be split evenly.
