My roomie unfortunately has passed away, and I'm looking for a roommate ASAP. The bedroom upstairs is fully furnished with a bed, dresser, table, chair, microwave, small fridge, and a TV that comes with subscriptions to Hulu, Netflix, Max, Apple TV, youtube premium, and Crunchyroll. I also have athe same setup in the basement that I'm asking $550/mo for rent, and if we can sublet it to someone, we can use that money for our utilities. I'm a 42 year old, straight, Caucasian, male that was permanently, and totally disabled in an industrial accident. So I recieve a garunteed 3-4 pay-cheques every month from disability and worker's compensation. I put myself through 54 surgeries to fix the damage from the accident, and meaningful recovery just wasn't in the cards for me. So I do the best that I can with the substantial pain it left me in. I am 420 friendly since it helps with that, and I do take other medications that will leave me pretty sleepy. My sleep schedule is a bit chaotic, thr pain will keep me awake until I finally fall asleep from extreme exhaustion. I don't typically have people over except family maybe once or twice a month for a few hours. My last girlfriend unfortunately passed away from a massive heart attack, and I haven't really had the heart to get back out there yet, even after almost 4 years. So I sincerely doubt I'll be having any women over for a while. I'm a clean person, not obsessively so, but if there's something you want done more often, or the way you do it... I can and am willing to be taught. There's plenty of space in the basement and garage for storage, and I am willing to sell/give away things to make space for your things... within reasonable parameters. I'm easy going, not hard to get along with st all, I try to make a point of being fair and equitable in all of my dealings with roomies, so if there's something I'm ever adamant about (which will be very seldom), then you know it's SUPER important to me, and my mind is made up.
