I'm a 26-year old single guy who lives in Benbrook. My current roommate is deciding not to renew our lease, but I really like the spot I'm in, and would like to keep it if at all possible. I'm a Christian, and am currently attending seminary.

My preference is no drugs or tobacco, but I'm okay with alcohol. I don't drink myself. Would prefer not to live with pets, but they're not a deal breaker. I'm a full time student, but in my downtime I play piano, some video games, and D&D with some people from my church.

Mainly looking for someone who is kind and chill, who pays rent, and is just a generally good roommate (does his dishes, helps keep shared space clean, etc.) Happy to chat more about any of this if you're interested. Lease starts August 1st.
