The female resident has a small dog but we are not seeking another pet owner. The male resident almost exclusively occupies the master bedroom as separate living quarters, so the renter would be sharing the app. 1200 square foot primary living spaces and have a shared bathroom with the female resident.

The apartment is next to the beach and has free trolly service to anywhere on the peninsula, assigned parking, a tennis court and three brand new pickleball courts with an active pickleball club, 2 private swimming pools, one heated year round, both with jacuzzis & showers & bathrooms, full gym with new equipment, private pilates & yoga classes available to residents and 24 hour surveillance security. This is a respectful & quiet building with friendly neighbors and is within walking or biking distance to the beach and top notch dining and shopping. Gorgeous sunsets on the back walk path with breathtaking ocean views too. The unit’s immediate proximity to Hoag Hospital makes this a fantastic opportunity for anyone working there as well.

The unit is fully furnished except for the bedroom you’ll be renting, has hardwood floors throughout the primary living spaces and in addition to the bedrooms, has a large living room, full kitchen, dining room, den including a 57” flat screen TV and two patios; one large, one small.

Both current residents have low key and warm dispositions. There are no kids and there is no drama here. Open-minded & kind. Seeking a roommate with an equally thoughtful, reasonable and respectful manner. This is a no smoking unit but we are 420 friendly as long as it is only vaped indoors and not smoked. Any smoking is outdoors only.

Lease terms are month to month. First months rent and $1500 security deposit required.
