The biggest room in the house (~228 sqft) with its own private full bathroom and a walk-in closet (~57 sqft). Furnished with a queen bed, two nightstands, L-shaped standing desk, and office chair. Upstairs, freshly painted, carpeted.

🔹 Room B — $850/mo
A solid mid-size room (~149 sqft) with its own closet. Furnished with a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, standing desk, and office chair. Upstairs, freshly painted, carpeted. Shares the hallway bathroom with one other person.

🔹 Room C — $750/mo
A cozy room (~112 sqft) with its own closet. Furnished with a full bed, nightstand, standing desk, and office chair. Upstairs, freshly painted, carpeted. Shares the hallway bathroom with one other person. Great option if you want to keep costs down.
About utilities:

Utilities are separate from rent — everyone in the house splits water, electricity, trash, and Wi-Fi equally. Your share will typically be around $50–$80/mo.

About the neighborhood:
Mountain View is one of Vancouver's calmer residential areas — tidy streets, friendly neighbors, easy access to both I-5 and I-205. Grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and parks are all nearby. C-TRAN bus service runs through the area. And since you're on the Washington side of the river, you skip state income tax — which is a real perk if you commute to Portland.

About our dog:
