There is a dog, his name is Otis. It will not be expected that you take care of him in any sense, although he may want to socialize with you because he's a good boy. Pet hair is managed with air filters/purifiers and a small army of roombas.

I'm fine with whatever level of socialization between us that you feel comfortable with. I'm easy to live with and very little tends to get on my nerves.

House is kept relatively clean, once a week I generally compulsively give the house an overly thorough clean. You don't have to participate, it's a me thing and it has very little to do with cleanliness so don't worry about me being overly neurotic.
