We have an open room in a old rowhome in Spring Garden / Fairmount near the Art Museum. Washing/dryer in the basement, backyard fire pit, front yard that is safe for mail deliveries. Your room would be on the 3rd floor with 4 sunny windows with room for a queen bed, large desk, 5x8 rug, dresser, closet. Move-in September 1st for a 1 year lease. $715/month + ~$50/month utilities.
Other housemates are friendly, relaxed late 20’s / early 30’s. We mostly do our own things but socialize when we are both in the kitchen etc.
