I have 2 rooms in a 3 bedroom townhome for rent, on a quiet, tree lined cul-de-sac in Arlington. Move in by August 1st (or can be done a bit earlier depending).
The townhome is 2 stories, 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms with a 2 car garage and a small yard in Arlington, within walking distance of UTA and the stadiums, also only a 25 minute drive to DFW airport! Rent and utilities usually run around $800/month, but no higher than $850. Rent is currently $700. Currently both of the upstairs bedrooms are available for rent. There is one shared bathroom upstairs, as well as a shared loft/living space. All the common areas are furnished, the bedrooms are not furnished. Security deposit is $700.
The townhouse can accommodate one additional pet (there is a 2 pet limit) Currently there is one cat living in the house, so your pet must be cat friendly. (PSST, her name is Lenni and she's the sweetest cat you'll ever meet!)
Couple things we're looking for in a roommate:
- female or afab
- 25 or older!
- no double occupancy
- lgbtq+ friendly
- 🍃 friendly
Overall, i'm really looking for someone who fits in well and has similar living habits. I am really chill and fun and up for finding a friend, not just a roommate!
