This is a repost from Facebook. URGENTLY looking for a 12 month term signature, and with how many other messages i've seen, it's clear I'll be able to find subletters for any other time. It's GWU's sailing house so you'll be living with me and 2 other sailors, extremely clean and super quiet.

DC Interns and Students!

I'm looking to sublet out a townhouse in Foggy Bottom for the summer and fall semester! It's in a perfect location, near capital hill, near the foggy bottom metro (blue, orange, silver) and would be perfect for any internship or short term student visits to DC. Below are some images + the (flexible) timelines available.

PRICE: aprox. 1900-2000 per month
June 1st- August 1st [Likely filled, still reach out. 3 or 4 spots]
August 1st- Dec 31st (one spot open for male students)
Jan 1st- May 7th (two spots open for male students)

URGENT: I am also looking for a man who wants to do the full 12 months at a cheaper rate (between 1800-1900 w/ amenities) You would sign a lease with the other lessees and join with the same rates. Please let me know if this interests you, and I can guarantee that I'd find someone to sublet for times you won't be there!

900 24th St NW is the address. It's a 4 story townhouse and you'll have your own floor (or share one floor with one person) with a common area, kitchen, laundry in house, and parking around the side. One of the rooms is not pictured, but its on the third floor with the patio next door.
