I'm a stable, non-smoking professional seeking a room to rent for 6-12 months, starting around the end of August. My current lease in a downtown high-rise is ending, and I'm looking for a comfortable place to stay while I have a new home built.

I'm a 56-year-old professional and also work on a new business venture. I'm respectful, clean, and financially reliable. My interests include sports, grilling, and travel. I'm social and enjoy a good happy hour, but I value a quiet and relaxed home environment.
I don't have any pets and am a non-smoker.

The Ideal Situation:
Location: Ideally inside or near the 610 loop, but I'm open to all areas of Greater Houston.
Type of Home: A room in a house, townhome, or condo is preferred, but I'm open to apartments.
Roommates: Seeking mature, respectful roommates. I'm looking for a home with other adults.

Must-Haves: The home must be non-smoking (though I don't mind if you smoke outside) and cat-free (due to an allergy).
