One guy, one girl, both 30 - These are sensible people with adult jobs who are responsible, on top of bills and household responsibilities and respectful of their roommates. They are neat but not clean freaks, and enjoy a party but are not party animals (day jobs). Both have backgrounds in video production and work in the tech industry. They are into games, Disney/Disneyland, comedy, and are just generally sweet, fun people to be around. Bonus: They're also great cooks. Both non-smokers.

Hey, we’re looking for a third roommate for our condo, preferably for at least 6 months with the option to extend later if you’d like.
The rent includes a bedroom, private bathroom, and utilities (water, gas, electric, internet). We own in-unit laundry machines you can use, as well as a living room, loft, balcony, a back room, kitchen, and dining room common spaces.
