Hey, I recently split with my SO, and she's since moved out, so I'm looking for somebody to potentially come in and rent the second bedroom of this townhouse at University Heights in PVD.
I'm relatively new to the area (moved here from Pennsylvania about two years ago), but I'm a pretty chill roommate. Apart from my 9-to-5 in the city, I like to exercise, hang with my two cats, play games, and work on my novel manuscript (almost done with it!)
