I'm a 36yr old freelance IT guy born and raised in Inwood (Upper Manhattan). Looking to rent a room for 6 months to a year while I shop for a co-op/condo with my girlfriend. I do smoke, but never indoors. I only drink in social settings and am pet-friendly. I keep normal hours and work a lot from home. I'm respectful of others' privacy, but promise to be amicable and not a creepy mute :). I most likely will never have people over, with the exception of my girlfriend maybe once or twice a week and not necessarily to spend the night. I don't cook often and if I do, it might just be a microwaveable TV-dinner or some pasta. Hope I meet your standards.
