I think I'm generally nice to be around. I'm down to earth, clean, reliable, friendly, helpful, handy, and adaptable. I can get along with almost anyone. If you're a social person, we can be homies, but if not, I'm more than happy to give you all the space you'd like. I'm pet friendly but I am allergic to cats, so I'd rather not have a roommate with them, but it's not completely a deal breaker. For a few disclaimers I do frequently play bass and guitar, but I will make sure to not play after certain hours or at the very least, play very quietly so that I can't be heard. I do also smoke weed. I assume that I won't be able to smoke inside, but if I find a place that allows it, I'd rather smoke inside but only in my own room. And I am also a very social person, so you can expect my friends over fairly often, but they are all very chill non-disruptive and respectful people. Also I'll probably go to their places much more often than I have them over. Also, it would be a HUGE plus if you yourself are a musician. Rock music in particular. I'm always looking to find other people to play with and who knows maybe we can start a band.
