Unfurnished room is approx. 110 sq. ft., with 2 windows that get great afternoon light and standard closet. Apartment has open kitchen/common area with plenty of kitchen cupboard space plus microwave. Each room has its own heat/AC unit. Bathroom is shared with just one roommate. W/D in building plus rooftop access with views. One roommate has a sweet cat that mostly stays in their room, no more pets are allowed on lease. Prefer a roommate with clean habits.
