Large bedroom with ample closet space and your own bathroom with a large shower. Bedroom & bathroom will be empty upon move-in. Feel free to repaint/decorate the bedroom however you like!

This is a 6 month to 1 year sublease. There is no month-to-month. Even though it’s a sublease, you must apply through the apartment complex, so be prepared to provide the following to the management company: background check, credit check, state issued or federal ID, proof of income or bank statements.

$1500 security deposit ($1360 refundable upon move out) + first month

We’re looking for: preferably industry professional (but not a deal breaker). Calm, cool, responsible. 420 friendly but no hard-core smokers please. Female or gay.
A little more about the apartment: Very large space, about 1700 sq. feet. Main areas have hardwood flooring. Large open floor plan with living room and dining room. Tons of sunlight during the day through the windows and glass doors that lead to a cute balcony!
Kitchen has lots of storage space in the cabinets.
Hallway to bedrooms has a TON of storage.
Fairly small building with a few units. Neighbors are plenty friendly! Laundry in the basement. Street parking, but it tends to be fairly easy. Street sweeping days can provide a little hassle but we’ve never had to park more than a couple blocks away.
