Hi!! My roommate Archanaa (28) and I (25) are ISO 1 roommate to move into 1 bedroom with a private bathroom in our 3bed/2bath in Melrose/Fairfax neighborhood of West Hollywood starting Sept. 1st with included parking, as our current 3rd roommate is moving to NYC!

We are ideally looking for a long term roommate, but are open to short-term sublets as well. Cat owners are welcome and encouraged!

The spot

• looking for long-term but may be open for sept sublet

• $1275 rent (+ around $75 for utillties)

• cat-friendly (I have 1 sweet, calm cat named Dingle in the space and I'd love for her to have a friend, so cat owners are encouraged to reach out!)

• non-tandem, gated parking spot included

• laundry room on-site

• balcony and natural light with hardwood flooring

• amazing, walkable neighborhood- close to melrose/fairfax/3rd st/beverly center and TJs, Target, CVS, cafes, farmers market, etc.

• need steady proof of income/no co-signer

• option for room to be partially furnished if interested

About Us

• I'm 25 and Archanaa is 28 so we are looking for someone mid to late 20s (25+)

• we met as roommates but are now friends & do stuff together like going to dinner, on walks, watching shows, etc. and want someone down for the same!

• we both work hybrid/remote, so if you also wfh, you'd need your desk setup in your room

• 4/20 and alcohol friendly, but we're also not bringing the party home (but okay with hosting friend gatherings)

• we have a weekly chore rotation but understand sometimes life gets busy & need some add’l time to finish

• we are both woc & queer

there are attached photos, but we have repainted since then and plan to paint back to white & switch out some furniture… so decor TBD! I have a video of the empty room/bathroom, but could not upload on here, so message me if you want to see more.
