I’m renting a 2 bedroom house in east Oakland that’s in a great neighborhood, however my landlord is out of the country and will want their house back when the pandemic is over. I am currently looking for another house to rent with a responsible roommate to share expenses. My current spare bedroom is empty and I used it for a Airbnb but COVID put a end that. I’m easy to get along with and I stay busy with projects so I need a house with space for storage.
