We’re all students and very easygoing, and the house has a relaxed and friendly vibe. Everyone is respectful, social when around, and also mindful of each other’s personal space.
We keep the apartment clean, especially shared spaces like the kitchen and living room. All roommates are vegetarian, but you’re welcome to cook meat as long as it’s prepared using separate utensils. We do request no beef in the apartment. Of course, you’re free to eat anything outside and come back.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking appliances and utensils. Overall, it’s a chill, respectful environment with friendly roommates who are fun to hang out with.

Hi! I'm subleasing my spot in a 3 bed / 2 bath (1200 sq ft) apartment at Desert Palm Village in Tempe while I’m away for the summer.
