Maddie G - $1,200/month

Hey, everyone! My name is Maddie and I plan on moving to D.C. early/mid-summer 2023 to pursue a MS in Environmental Sciences & Policy at the Johns Hopkins D.C. campus.

About me: I am 23 years old and have two very nice dogs. I love reading, cooking, animals, and being outdoors. I am a geek about learning and will read whenever I have time. I value living in a space that is clean, welcoming, and calm. I am currently job hunting and intend to work part-full time on top of my coursework, so I expect to have a busier schedule.

What I am looking for: I'd love 1-2 female-identifying roommates who value safe city living. I would prefer having roommates who are interested in being friends and exploring the city together (especially during happy hour)! I don't have a preference on location, but safety and access to Penn Quarter is a necessity! I am even open to neighborhoods outside of D.C. with access via transit. I will be balling on a student budget, so I'd like to stay under $1200/person if possible!
