I have been in NOVA for nearly a year now and looking for a new space for myself and my dog, Zeus (he's a 14 lb Pekingese mix). I'm currently freelancing for a couple of places, but looking for something full time when these contracts are finished. I have a degree in international relations and was working in research for a government-contracted technology company prior to freelancing, and at a nonprofit before then as well. I am relatively quiet on the weeknights, relaxing with a book or show, but I also enjoy cooking, drinking wine, and playing board games every now and then. I would like a roommate who is open to hanging out and/or chatting in the house sometimes. Not a requirement, but acknowledgement of each other's existence makes for a better home, in my view.
