Completely involved with my professional work so just need a clean respectful person who's nice to share the space with. I'm extremely clean but, I hope, relaxed. Tend to watch an hour to of TV when I get home around 10 or 11 so would be nice to have someone who's not too light a sleeper, but I can accommodate other people if necessary ....For the right person. All of my roommates have lasted several years so I'm pretty reasonable to room with, but leave the house without doing your damn dishes and I'll get pissed off… But I offer the same back LOL. Absolutely no drugs including pot which I'm extremely allergic to and cannot stand the smell of. I have never once been drunk in my life and don't have a lot of respect for people who get drunk. Couple drinks who cares. ok, enough said. we'll tawk😊

Our street dead ends into the city bike trail just minutes from Herman Park TSU, U of H and about a 10 minute drive to downtown or the galleria. We've planted 30 trees on the one block so it's beautiful with all new sidewalks and the property is fenced and very safe. The house is only 1450 ft.², but it's very pretty full of 15 pieces of original art. The room has a large Florida ceiling IKEA closet with room for TV as well as a small additional closet great light in the morning and own bathroom
