Carly S - $1,800/month

Hey I’m Carly and looking for a place starting hopefully in May. Location is my number one priority: I would love to be in a walkable area near the trail. Preferably on the East side, but would be open to anywhere in between S Lamar and Pleasant Valley Rd. Would prefer to stay under 1800 (rent, utilities, parking…), for either an apartment or cute house, so looking for roommates or open rooms that fit. I’m originally from Charleston SC, but graduated from UT last spring, so Austin already feels pretty homey. Since graduation I’ve been traveling working wine harvests, and now will be working for a local importer/distributor. I love to travel, get out in nature to move my body as often as possible, eat/cook good food, and adventure my way through life.
