I am subletting my room in a 2-bedroom garden suite in east van right off Commercial Drive starting January 1st.
Rent is $1150/month everything included and the place is fully furnished (Room furnished or not depending on your preferences).
There’s a Backyard and a front yard with cute little Christmas lights where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning!

It is in a great location close to lots of amenities. (Park, groceries, BCL, coffee shops, restaurants and bars, you name it! Everything you need is only a minute walking distance)
My roommate is a very easy-going gal in her late twenties with good vibes only! She studies psychology and works in the art and design industry.
Landlords live upstairs and are literally the sweetest!
The room is suitable for 1 person only. Ideally a like-minded individual that is a professional or student, non-smoker and tidy.
No parties, but cool hangs and glasses of wine definitely!
