I have a private room available for female occupancy in a spacious 2B2B apartment (1160 sq ft) in West University Place in the inner loop. Room has a attached private bathroom, walk-in closet and east facing windows. Apartment has in-unit laundry, balcony, furnished kitchen, dedicated covered car parking.

Apartment complex has a pool, gym, lounge etc and is right beside HEB grocery store. Other stores, shops, cafes are within 2 minute walking distance. The area is very beautiful and safe.

Rent is $1016 per month. Utilities depends on usage and split equally between roommates. Existing tenant is a graduate student.

Location: 10 minutes from downtown, 11 min from Texas Med Center, 11 min from Galleria, 1.2 miles from Rice University
